Horizontal Injection Moulding Machine (H Series)
The H Series is a range of horizontal plastic injection moulding machines from Pratishna Engineers, built for household articles and larger plastic parts. The series spans 120 to 350 tons across six models, with large shot weights, wide tie-bar spacing and big platens, so buckets, tubs, storage boxes, casseroles, trays and baskets can be moulded with large moulds and full shots.

Across the range, screw diameters run from 40 to 70 mm, shot weights from 198 to 969 g (PS) and injection rates up to 339 cc/sec, with daylight openings from 850 to 1,185 mm, tie-bar spacing up to 710 × 710 mm, platens up to 1,030 × 1,050 mm and ejector strokes up to 180 mm. H Series Horizontal Injection Moulding Machines by Tonnage
The Pratishna H Series is available in six clamping-force options: 120, 150, 180, 220, 260 and 350 tons, most with two screw options. Smaller models suit mugs, bowls, lunch boxes and small containers, while larger models suit buckets, tubs, storage boxes, casseroles and large trays.
